Maximise Potential

Empowering Youth through Disability Awareness
Our society often faces the challenge of marginalizing people with disabilities (PwDs), leading to isolation, exclusion, and missed opportunities. At Vision Ability, we're tackling this head-on with our Maximise Potential project, empowering youth through disability awareness and personal growth.

We bring dynamic, interactive presentations directly to classrooms and assemblies, engaging young minds in overcoming stereotypes and fostering inclusion. Through powerful personal stories, we showcase how disabilities don't define individuals, but rather unlock unique strengths and perspectives.

Our project delivers impactful benefits:

  • Empowering teachers: Equipping educators with resources and strategies to support students with disabilities.

  • Connecting PwD to support: Guiding students with disabilities to available resources and fostering self-advocacy skills.

  • Building bridges of understanding: Combating bullying, exclusion, and discrimination through awareness and empathy.

  • Investing in a kinder future: Promoting inclusivity and acceptance among the next generation.

  • Preventing Avoidable Blindness: Encouraging regular eye testing, which can lead to the early detection and treatment of up to 50% of new cases of Visual Impairment.

We believe prevention is better than cure, and by tackling stigma at its roots, we can build a more inclusive and empowered future for all.
