Therefore Vision Ability offers a comprehensive toolkit of information, guidance, and practical assistance to ensure that our Service Users secure the financial resources they are rightfully entitled to and apply for any other services they require.
Beyond English, we extend our service through multilingual support in Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati and Hindi. This inclusivity ensures that language barriers do not impede access to vital resources.
Our extensive expertise facilitates:
- Welfare Applications (PIP, Universal Credit, Freedom Pass, Taxicard, etc)

Career Advice and Employment Support
Visually Impaired and Disabled People have the right to employment, as much as anybody else. Employment is necessary for Financial Independence, but also for Social Integration, Meaning of Life and Good Mental Health.

IT Support And Training
The use of Smartphones, Tablets, Computers, etc has undoubtable become and integral part of life. For most people this poses no problems, but this can be a real hurdle for Visually Impaired People.
Vision Ability bridges the digital divide by offering free IT (information technology) support and training.

At Vision Ability, we're tackling this head-on with our Maximise Potential project, empowering youth through disability awareness and personal growth.We bring dynamic, interactive presentations directly to classrooms and assemblies, engaging young minds in overcoming stereotypes and fostering inclusion. Sports & Social Activities
Socialising and Exercising are both crucial for a healthy and fulfilled life.
Unfortunately, people living with Vision Impairment, or any other disabilities are often lacking the opportunities to participate in such events.
Having experienced this problem first hand, we aim to address it, either by organising such events ourselves, or by partnering with other organisations.
